Information Requests

Under §44-5-303, MCA the County Attorney's Office cannot release confidential criminal justice information without an order from the District Court judge. In order for our office to release this information, you will need to file a motion with the Clerk of District Court for the release of the requested items. To do so, please follow the link at the bottom of the page and complete the required paperwork. Please send it to the Clerk of District Court with a check for $120. 

If you are the victim of a crime, please contact our office for release of information. 

Documents that may be a matter of public record may also be obtained through the Clerk of District Court, or the Clerk of Justice Court.
