LANDOWNERS

Refuse Tags are mailed to Landowners using the tax billing address or put on HOLD

PICK UP Tags on HOLD

-          Provide tax bill information to Accounting Office

-          It is the landowner’s responsibility to provide written approval and the tax bill to the person picking up the tags if needed

Automatic HOLDs

-          RETURNED tags are put on HOLD for the following year

-          BAD ADDRESS RETURNED tags are put on HOLD until the address is updated with the Department of Revenue

-          OUT of STATE tax billing addresses – Landowner must direct office to remove HOLD by providing tax bill and authorization

PROPERTY MANAGERS

-          It is the landowner’s responsibility to provide written approval and the tax bill to the person picking up the tags if needed

-          Tags will not be mailed to Property Managers - they will be placed on HOLD for pick up or mailed to the landowner
